Eymoutiers is a town which is part of the Pays d'Art et d'Histoire and has numerous treasures. Walkers will be delighted to walk around the streets and alleys, discovering the numerous old buildings showing a past where religion and the tanning industry are linked. Be enchanted by Saint Etienne collegiate church, a mix of Roman and Gothic architectures, which has one of the most beautiful groups of stained-glass windows in the Limousin. Don't hesitate to go to the former Convent of Ursulines – today it is the town hall – and then continue to the Pré Lanaud , a park on the banks of the Vienne where you can relax and rest.

Eymoutiers is the home town of one of the most famous contemporary artists. It hosts a museum dedicated to Paul Rebeyrolle where fifty painted and sculpted works are exhibited.
